Shipping all over Italy is free! It is also possible to pick up the products directly in Brescia by fixing an appointment.
Shipments to the EU are provided by Swiss postal service "Asendia". Service is fully traceable. Delivery times vary from 4 to 9 days.
Customers from Non-EU countries have to contribute to shipping costs. Please note that in addition to shipping costs, you may be charged for customs duties or/and additional taxes due to local laws.
Orders are processed within 24/48 from the date of purchase - date we received credit on our bank account.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and should only be used as a guide from the date of shipment. Petra is not responsible for any delays caused by natural disasters and other unavoidable circumstances.
Once your order has been sent you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the shipping data and the relative tracking number. You will then be able to view and monitor the shipping status yourself anytime you want. Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the carrier places the products at the disposal of the buyer, according to the results of the shipment tracking system.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to verify the products at the time of delivery and to raise any reservations and/or complaints that appear justified, including the possibility to refuse the package if it has been opened or shows signs of deterioration.
You will receive the ordered products inside a cardboard box/envelope. At the time of delivery, we recommend checking that the packaging is intact (without dents, cuts, signs of compression or contact with water). In case you have doubts about the integrity of the package, notify the courier and ask to be able to check the content in his presence.
In case of anomalies, we suggest accepting the package writing on the delivery receipt: 'ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE', and indicating any anomalies found.
All items submitted are covered by PayPal purchase protection. It is also possible to reimburse expenses in case of return.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the purchase, you can inform us about your wish to return or replace the products. It is possible within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which the package was delivered to you, pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

1 - Your name and surname
2 - A telephone number where you can be found.
3 - The order confirmation number
4 - The object you want to make
Within 24/48 hours you will receive an email with all the relevant information and how to proceed.
All objects must be integral, not used, worn, nor damaged and/or modified in any way. Be careful to not tear up any stain labels and the products themselves. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The return shipment and related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser who can be reimbursed via PayPal purchase protection.
The shipment must be traceable and carried out by courier.
Please note that all items ON SALE and/or PROMOTIONS cannot be returned and their sale is considered final. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to personalized goods in any way.
After having received and verified your return, we will proceed to refund the sent items, using the method you used when ordering (bank transfer or PayPal payment).
In any case, the reimbursement will take place a few days after the confirmation of your return (we send you an e-mail after we receive the package).
